I charge by the room for carpet cleaning. The minimum service call for new clients is $260. I will clean 3 rooms for that price. Rooms bigger than 200 square feet may be counted as 2 rooms. More than 3 rooms are $60 each and stair cleaning is $100 per flight of stairs.
